We seek to appoint a personable and highly-organised individual, with strong administrative skills, to join the Bursar’s Office in the role of Administrator within the Personnel Office. The appointed candidate will provide support for a wide variety of tasks relating to the recruitment and ongoing employment of staff primarily. The post-holder will need to be exceptionally professional and must be able to work with a high level of accuracy. Although specific qualifications and experience in a similar role are not required, the ability to follow strict procedures, pay attention to detail and appreciate the need for confidentiality at all times will be essential attributes of applicants.
The hours of work will be 8.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday during the time, the complete week in which each term starts and ends, and an additional 15 days during school holidays (the majority of which will be worked over the summer holiday). The salary awarded will be commensurate with the post and will depend upon qualifications and experience. The appointed candidate will start as soon as possible on the completion of all required pre-appointment checks.
