£17,681 – £20,541 per annum (£15,045 – £17,479 pro rata)

A great opportunity for a highly organised and proficient Administrator to work at Nottingham Primary Academy.
As an Administrator, you can expect to support the Head of School and the office team in a range of administrative and clerical duties. You will deal with incoming and outgoing communications, handle queries, compile data and manage health and safety concerns as well as creating and maintaining databases and other computerised systems. You will form part of a new team in a new academy so you must be able to make solid relationships.
You should possess excellent communication and customer service skills and be able to demonstrate your ability to work effectively within a team and on your own initiative. You should have a proven track record in the proficient use of Microsoft Office and have the ability to effectively organise, prioritise and remain calm under pressure. Experience and knowledge of working within a school environment and with SIMS would be advantageous.
