As a member of the Administration team, the Student Support Officer is responsible for working directly in an administrative support role, overseeing KS5 (GALs Y12‐Y13).

This position is a varied role based within a busy environment. You will be required to monitor and process Post 16 applications, prepare Post 16 data capture, and the administration of the Post 16 bursary, as well as supporting the SLT link and AHT/GALs, including note taking at meetings, circulation of minutes, and letters to parents, and analysis of data.

You will be responsible for the management of the Post 16 open evening as well as the planning, and managing the Year 12 &13 Achievement Evening. 

We are looking for a candidate who is confident in working to tight deadlines, copes with a busy workload, calm, highly organised and a good timekeeper. 


Please note: The school will be closed for the 

Christmas holiday’s from 21st December until 7th January 2019
