St George’s Catholic Voluntary Academy, part of the St Ralph Sherwin Catholic Multi-Academy Trust are seeking to appoint a highly skilled, enthusiastic Administrator/Receptionist to join our busy, hardworking team.

The Governing Body are seeking to appoint a driven, positive and enthusiastic
Receptionist/Administrator for September 2019 to work as part of the office team.
Receptionist Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome all parents and visitors to the school in a warm and friendly manner.
• Follow clear processes and work as part of a team.
• Proactively monitor and respond to emails and telephone enquiries quickly and professionally.
• Maintain a clean, tidy and welcoming reception area.
• Be able to action all correspondence in a confidential manner.
• Provide additional administrative support for the wider team when required.
St. George’s Catholic Voluntary Academy, part of the Holy Family Catholic Academy Trust, is a larger than average sized primary academy situated in Littleover, Derby. We have approximately 345 children on roll between Foundation Stage 2 and Year 6.
