Location - Gloucester / Countrywide available (not remote)

Salary - £18,419 - £22,644 (not pro rata)

We are seeking exceptional and innovative people with the vision, drive and resilience to support young people/children who are struggling to access education.

Do you have:

• A good level of education 

• Experience or interest in delivering engaging education to young people

• An understanding of the issues young people with special educational needs face

• Interest in working with young people who have experienced trauma and struggle in a mainstream environment

• Passionate about improving the lives of young people who have experienced sexual/criminal exploitation, drug addiction, and other safeguarding issues
