An exciting opportunity has arisen for an apprentice to join our dedicated Caretaking team. This varied role will provide efficient support to the Caretaking team. Duties will include ensuring the site and its buildings are managed on a day to day basis including opening, maintenance, security and health and safety legislation is adhered to. In addition to the day to day caretaking and grounds maintenance responsibilities, they would be trained on the job in areas including plumbing, carpentry and electrical work. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organisations skills and will be required to work towards and complete a Level 2 Diploma in Property Maintenance. A can-do, positive attitude and a flexible approach to working, with the ability to work shifts over a 7 day pattern, will be required. This is a fixed term contract for up to 16 months, 37 hours per week, all year round.
