About the Role:  

City of Bristol College is seeking to appoint an experienced, enthusiastic and proactive Administrator.This position is full time, it will be based at the Ashley Down Centre and will provide a full range of administrative support duties to a busy team looking after the Apprenticeship provision at the College. 

What you’ll be responsible for/what we are looking for: 

The role will involve: 

- Being the first point of contact for apprenticeship and employer-based training enquiries

 - Being the first line of information, advice and guidance and working closely with our Skills Advisors. - co-ordination of the vacancy matching process 

- Provide cross –college support to a range of colleagues involved with Apprenticeship programmes 

- data management and reporting functions   

We are looking for someone with experience of a modern office environment and who is confident in working at a fast pace with changing priorities.    You will also need to be able to build and maintain excellent working relationships with stakeholders, at all levels, internally and externally, as well as other members of College staff and students.
