Apprenticeship Quality Assurance Leader

We are looking to appoint an Apprenticeship Quality Assurance Leader to our highly motivated and creative team.  

You will be required to carry out the day to day management, control and operations of the apprenticeship provision which includes: 

•Efficient and effective allocation of assessor caseload 

•Have an overview of the assessment process 

•Monitoring and reporting of statistical information 

• Implementation of quality assurance procedures within the apprenticeship delivery 

•Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness and achievements of apprenticeships in line with College procedures, including evaluation against quality standards and performance criteria. 

•Implementation of systems which ensure the achievement of performance targets (e.g. apprenticeship recruitment, retention and achievement targets) and safeguard motivation and morale.  

We are looking for someone who has experience in data management and preparing management reports.  To be successful in this role you will be able to meet challenging targets and have proven competence of management and delivering in a training environment. 

Suitable candidates will hold a recognised assessment qualification (TAQA, A1, V1 or equivalent) and be qualified to Degree level.  

This position will initially be working with the construction and engineering sectors.
