The Archive Coordinator will be responsible for appropriately cataloguing the existing archive and making the information available to the wider school in an accessible format. The role will also be responsible for the contents of the Jesuit Library and ensuring that the collection is displayed as required. School history records will need to be maintained to assist with promotion of the school and to respond to enquiries regarding the history of the school.
The successful candidate will have proven background in digital and traditional methods of record keeping. Excellent communication and computer skills including presenting of information to a range of audiences are essential. Strong administration skills and a meticulous eye for detail are also required as is the ability to prioritise and understand the need to work discreetly.
We are keen to hear from candidates with previous experience of working within an environment focused on collating, cataloguing and investigating a range of material for the purposes of historical record.
