Job overview
Looking for an Art Teaching Assistant to start in August 2021. Only applicants within UAE with a dependant visa will be considered.
- Support in the delivery of planned Art and Design Technology lessons.
- Support in providing marking and feedback which build on students knowledge and mastery of art techniques.
- Prepare resources to support the delivery of lessons and whole school art/design initiatives.
- Demonstrate an ability to be flexible and adaptable when dealing with the needs of individual students.
- Create a motivating learning environment that engages students when they are in art lessons.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with the art teacher.
- Uphold expectations for social distancing and wearing PPE in line with stipulated DHA guidelines.
- Qualifications
- High school or Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 2-4 years’ experience in a similar position
- Interviews will be held via zoom and the successful applicant will be expected to take a COVID-19 test 72 hours before joining. If not vaccinated you will need to get a PCR -ve result every week as per KHDA guidelines.
