Art & Design Technician

Art & Design Technician required to start March 2019. 

The post is a maternity cover appointment and when the permanent post holder returns this temporary appointment will automatically come to an end. 

Main Duties of the post:

• To oversee the resources for the departments.

• Oversee the day to day support of lessons and classroom resourcing, including photocopying and assisting in the preparation of materials.

• Assisting during practical lessons as required.

• Provide administrative support for the Head of Departments.

• Assisting with departmental and whole school display.

William Farr is a popular, rural comprehensive school. In the 2006 OFSTED inspection the school was judged to be outstanding, and our 2009 inspection confirmed this remarkable achievement. The school gained academy status in 2011 and has approximately 1450 students on roll.
