TEACHER OF ART
We are seeking to appoint, commencing in January 2022, a teacher of Art. This position is ideal for someone who would relish working with highly motivated students, teaching Art throughout Key Stages 3, 4 and 5. ��The post is a permanent position, part time and the ability to offer Technology teaching would also be considered.
The Latymer School is a high achieving, but caring grammar school in North London. Visitors comment on the warm atmosphere and the level of participation in extra-curricular activities. Pupils at the school recently described the school as one “family” and it being a “real community”. We are very proud of our school and believe it is a place where you can really teach and develop.
The Art Department is well organised and resourced, providing a supportive working atmosphere for staff. Results are high, with the most recent results for 2021 in GCSE being 40% Grade 9, 35% Grade 8 and 11% Grade 7 and at A Level 44% A* and 31% A.
