Assistant Bursar
Full-time required for Michaelmas Term 2020
Beechwood Park seeks a self-motivated, highly-qualified individual to fill this key management position. The successful candidate will take the lead in managing the School’s regulatory compliance, particularly that relating to child protection and welfare, safer recruitment of staff, data protection and Health and Safety. They will assist the Bursar in the management of the School’s finances, transport and lettings, as well as overseeing other core administrative areas.
Managerial confidence, excellent leadership and teamwork skills and a flair for existing and future business development are essential. Legal, financial or HR management experience would be an advantage. Experience of working in an educational environment is not essential.
The School has a generous professional training budget and sees this role as an excellent preparation for future Bursarial roles.
