Belvue School is a secondary special school for young people with moderate and severe learning difficulties in the London Borough of Ealing.

We offer a very broad and yet personalised curriculum in order to meet the needs of each learner and allow them to achieve their potential.

We are looking for a compassionate Assistant Educational Psychologist to work with our current Educational Psychologist to assist in assessments and identifying a wide variety of disorders in our young people with learning disability, and assist in delivering and formulating suitable treatments.

You will employ a range of methods to assess young peoples’ issues and also will be instrumental in performing interventions. You will utilise various treatment strategies, such as behaviour modification and stress reduction therapy. You will continuously measure the success of treatment programs, and make changes where necessary.

To be successful in this role, you should be able to develop an effective, tailor-made treatment plan for each young person, and consistently conduct follow-ups. Top candidates will be unprejudiced, a team player and have keen observational and analytical skills.
