This is an exciting time to join the Junior Leadership Team.  With growing student numbers and the support of a positive and committed staff team, the role provides a perfect opportunity to shape the future of the Junior School.

The Assistant Head (Pastoral and Outreach) will oversee development of the Junior School’s pastoral strategy and take lead responsibility for any aspects of the Junior School Development Plan relating to pastoral, wellbeing and charitable matters.

The role will include working closely with the Head of the Junior School and Junior Leadership Team to share the day to day running and promotion of the Junior School.  As a class teacher, the Assistant Head will also have the opportunity to lead by example in the staffroom, setting the very highest standards for staff and students.
