We are seeking to appoint an Assistant Head Teacher to join our Leadership Team who will work to improve standards and accelerate student’s progress. This role comes with a range of whole school responsibilities including line management of key curriculum areas. The successful applicant will also have a proven track record of delivering good and outstanding results supported by a record of high levels of student progress.

The Academy plans focused and bespoke training whilst supporting staff at every opportunity to develop their educational understanding and application of Teaching & Learning. Staff are equipped with the skills to engage learners with the expectation and aspiration of delivering high quality lessons.
