Due to the planned expansion of the school we are excited to advertise the position AHT – Character Development for 1st September 2021.

Character Education is central to the vision and ethos of our school, and the successful post holder will play a key and defining role in the next stage of Wrotham School’s journey to outstanding.

As the lead for character development in our school, you will provide the passion, drive, enthusiasm and warmth to further develop a culture of reward and celebration. You will lead and develop others to support your work in planning the development of a character curriculum that will give all students access to opportunities and activities that will develop their confidence, their compassion and their overall character. We believe our students deserve us to have the highest expectations of them in everything they do.

Wrotham is a small village in the heart of Kent, surrounded by a scenic rural landscape and beautiful countryside with excellent (5 minute) access from the A20/M20 and close proximity to the A2/M2/M25/M26. Journey by road from nearby Bromley/ Dartford/ Bexley/ Orpington varies from 15-30 minutes. The local mainline station is a 10 minute walk from the school and is on the direct commuter line to Victoria Station in central London; this line includes stops at Bromley South.
