We wish to appoint a dynamic leader to contribute to the further development of our school.  The successful candidate will demonstrate a passion for student learning, the energy and determination to raise achievement and the personal integrity to win the respect of students, parents and colleagues.

Areas of responsibility include attendance, behaviour and SEND, leading inclusion in our forward thinking school.  The person appointed will be an excellent teacher who has the ability to provide strong and supportive leadership.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a whole school leadership role, to enhance your own career and make a real difference in contributing to the vision of a school that has a commitment to become outstanding.

The applicant must already be a qualified teacher and be committed to achieve a National award in Special Educational Needs Coordination within three years of appointment, to effectively oversee the leadership of the SEN department.

This is a full time permanent post, required for September 2019.

Rednock School is a rural 11-18 comprehensive, with excellent road links and spectacular views over rolling hills. The most recent Ofsted inspection last year, judged that Rednock School continues to be a ‘good’ school. We offer excellent CPD for all staff, as well as a bespoke induction programme for new staff. In addition, we can offer you enthusiastic students, superb facilities and an extremely supportive departmental, pastoral and whole staff team.
