Assistant Headteacher - Standards, Data & Assessment
We seek to appoint an Assistant Headteacher in charge of Standards, Data & Assessment.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years' experience, teaching in secondary education and experience of working successfully and cooperatively as a leader. You should have a clear vision of the needs of secondary students and an understanding if the impact that good assessment practice can have on academic progress.
Working with the Associate Assistant Headteacher, you will ensure that the data management systems used are accurate, secure and user-friendly. You will provide analyses of outcomes for both external and internal exams and organise data in an appropriate format for the intended audience.
As part of the Senior Leadership team, you will be accountable for the development of robust and informative Assessment and Reporting policies and practices and develop and implement KS3 assessment practices and procedures.
