We have recently appointed two new Deputy Headteachers and this has created a vacancy for two Assistant Headteachers to complete our team, who will work closely with the Head of School and Executive Headteacher to take the school to even greater heights.
We are looking for an empathetic, emotionally intelligent and ambitious leader to join us, who is driven by a clear moral purpose and a passion for working with young people and who takes great pleasure and joy from doing so. You must be able to mentor, to coach, to challenge and to support our staff, who hold the current Leadership Team in very high regard because of our belief in transparency, integrity and honesty.
You should expect to lead on a varied portfolio of responsibilities, information on which you will find in the attached application pack, but your focus will be on working closely with our Deputy Headteacher Curriculum and Outcomes to ensure our curriculum offer meets the needs of every child and that all our assessment and data systems are robust and fit for purpose.
We are looking for someone who is a successful middle leader and is now seeking promotion to the position of Assistant Headteacher, or who is an experienced Assistant Headteacher looking for a second post.
