Great opportunity for a highly organised and proficient Administrative Assistant to work at the Nottingham Academy – Ransom Road Campus.
As an Administration Assistant you can expect to support the office team in a range of administrative and clerical duties. You will deal with incoming and outgoing communications, handle queries, compile data and create and maintain databases and other computerised systems. You will also have the responsibility for reprographics support in the academy within this role which involves day to day maintenance of equipment, advising staff on the most appropriate reprographic medium for their work and ordering of all appropriate stock.
You should possess excellent communication and customer service skills and be able to demonstrate your ability to work effectively within a team and on your own initiative. You should have a proven track record in the proficient use of Microsoft Office and have the ability to effectively organise, prioritise and remain calm under pressure. Experience and knowledge of working within a school environment and with SIMS would be advantageous.

Nottingham Academy Ransom Road is a mixed, non-selective, non-denominational secondary school situated in Mapperley, Nottingham. The academy has a ‘schools within a school’ model and has two other sites: Greenwood Road and Sneinton Boulevard, together offering 3,780 places for students between the ages of 3-19.
