Akroydon Primary Academy joined Trinity Multi-Academy Trust in February 2017. We share the vision of all schools in the trust, which is to ensure that each and every one of our children receive an outstanding education that sets them on the path for life-long success.
We achieve this through ensuring that children are educated in an environment that is inspiring and nurturing so that they can achieve more. We have exciting plans for our growth and continued improvement and are looking to appoint an Assistant Principal who has a strong background in ensuring great outcomes for pupils, and who possesses the communication skills to win the trust of parents and the wider school community.
As the Assistant Principal, you should have a clear vision for primary education and have the drive to achieve the outstanding success the pupils deserve. We require a confident, highly motivated Assistant Principal who has the knowledge and skills required to contribute to the leadership of the academy and deputise for the Principal when necessary.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of school improvement. You will provide the leadership and management necessary to contribute towards high quality teaching and learning to raise standards of student attainment and achievement.
You must be fully committed to optimising the opportunities that are available to children and young people, secure in the knowledge that you will be joining an ambitious and forward-thinking primary academy that is part of a growing Academy Trust.
