Assistant Principal / Head of English **

This role is for a successful candidate new to the Head of Department role with limited experience in the Head of Department role or with experience leading a small English department, who shows exceptional potential in progressing to the role of Assistant Principal. 

** Head of English with a fully supported career pathway to successfully progress to the role of Assistant Principal within minimum one year, maximum two years.

Assistant Principal responsible for English. This role will require the successful candidate to lead in other areas of Academy improvement in addition to English.

o Lead and manage staff in the English department

o Have performance management responsibilities in the English department
