As Assistant Principal, we’ll look to you to provide proactive support to the Principal, Vice Principal, and Governors to ensure that the leadership and management of the Academy operate at the most effective level possible.

Your strong leadership and ability to provide effective support to colleagues will enable the organisation to achieve the best possible outcomes for all of our students. As part of your role, you’ll lead our popular sixth form at Outwood Academy Easingwold, so experience of Post-16 would be beneficial.
