Job overview

We are seeking to appoint an Assistant Principal for Personal Development - Upper School to bring strategic clarity to the Personal Development of Upper school students in Years 10,11,12 and 13.  This role was introduced in line with the 2019 Ofsted framework and in addition to the duties of a teacher will require you to have a detailed and comprehensive understanding of the new personal development framework.    In addition, the role involves close liaison with the Assistant Principal Personal Development for Lower School Students in Years 7,8 and 9. The Successful candidate will be accountable to the Deputy Principal for Personal Development who will act to ensure the provision of Personal Development is coherent and cohesive across the whole Academy.
