Assistant Principal (Pupil Development)

We are looking to appoint an Assistant Principal to join our already strong and dynamic leadership team. This AP role is pivotal in the development of the Academy as part of the Enrich Learning Trust. 

The successful candidate will be responsible for the pupil journey from Year 7 to Year 13 including managing the delivery of our non-formal curriculum, personal development programme, and embedding our culture and ethos in all elements of pupil/student life. 

The priority for this role is to ensure that the children in our care develop responsibility, determination and humility. Whilst our pupils/students already achieve well, we are looking for an AP who can support us in developing our pupils’ characters, nurturing them into great humans throughout their journey with us.
