Job overview

We are seeking to appoint a dynamic, highly effective and inspirational Assistant Principal to join our Senior Leadership Team. 

The prime responsibility of this post is to assist the Principal in leading the College to ensure that the community of Notre Dame Catholic Sixth Form College succeeds in its mission to provide the highest standards for Quality of Education and student experience. As the strategic lead you will ensure Notre Dame therefore provides all students with the very best in quality of education for the whole student journey both pre and post joining Notre Dame. 

You will have a relentless energy and pro-active approach to ensure each students’ ‘love of learning’ is nurtured. You will be able to demonstrate drive, initiative and ambition to help lead the College strategically, whilst also living out a highly effective distributed leadership. We are committed to professional development and would welcome applications from Assistant Heads or middle leaders who are looking for their next career step.
