Together we are looking for a talented and inspiring Assistant Principal with responsibility for English to help Oasis Academy Oldham continue to progress and to help ensure an exciting new school sets the highest of standards from day one.
This is a role in which you will be able to make a real impact. You will be a member of a committed senior leadership team, take a dedicated role at the helm of a talented English faculty and be able to create a legacy by establishing a new team at Oasis Academy Leesbrook.

We are looking to appoint a colleague who will:
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills and prove to be a dynamic and supportive member of the Leadership team
- Provide professional leadership to secure high quality teaching through improved standards of learning, progress and attainment for all student
- Be responsible for the development of the English faculty, providing clear direction and a sense of purpose, contributing to the aims and ethos of the school
- Build and lead a team of educational professionals
- Engage, enthuse, motivate and challenge students to raise achievement at all levels
- Demonstrate excellent motivational skills to inspire colleagues
- Be committed to contributing to the next stage of our transformation
- Provide the very best educational opportunities for the students
- Strategically plan and deliver an engaging and effective English curriculum
- Be an inspirational team player and have a passion for enabling change for students and across the wider community.
