As a result of the restructuring of our Senior Leadership Team, we are seeking to appoint a dynamic, inspiring and innovative individual to provide strategic leadership and management of the Upper School vision and strategy for Teaching & Learning. The successful candidate will join the College's Senior Leadership Team and chair meetings of the Academic Board. In addition, the post-holder will lead a Teaching & Learning Committee to develop a Teaching & Learning Strategy as well as leading on the development and delivery of an Independent Learning Strategy across the Upper School.

Elizabeth College is an HMC day school with approximately 510 pupils aged 11-18 in the Upper School, which is boys only until age 16. The College operates a highly effective Sixth Form Partnership with The Ladies' College, the nearby GSA day school, allowing the delivery of a wide variety of A Level courses in a coeducational environment.
