A fantastic opportunity is awaiting you; the chance to design and shape innovative and creative pedagogical practice in a brand new all-through academy.
Having appointed a Head of English and exceptional teaching candidates in the first three years of opening, King’s Academy Binfield (KAB) is now looking to appoint a highly motivated, dynamic and innovative teacher of English to play an intrinsic leadership role in our new all-through academy in Bracknell Forest.
Applicants will be joining an academy and faculty that:

The academy will grow year on year to a roll of over 1800 students, aged 3-18.
The successful applicant will teach across the secondary phase, and will also have the opportunity to teach within the primary phase.
Applicants should be excellent teachers and have the ability to motivate, inspire and lead students to excel. The successful candidate will be a team player and will get stuck in and involve themselves in the wider aspects of academy life. They will also work closely with the Head of English and be a key player in driving curriculum development, subject CPD and take a lead role in raising standards in English. A genuine commitment to our ‘whatever it takes’ ethos is essential to enable every young person at KAB and KAO to thrive.
