The opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, experienced individual to join our established team of professionals at the Equine Centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for: working alongside and supporting the Yard Manager in managing the day-to-day running of the yard; riding and exercising a variety of horses; maintaining outstanding standards of stable and yard management, horse care and welfare; liaising with service providers to ensure quality service; maintaining appropriate stock levels on the yard; together with the provision of an excellent learner experience by supporting both HE and FE learners at Reaseheath Equestrian Centre. You will need to be organized, reliable, able to use your initiative and have excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Requirements for the post are; BHSAI/Stage 3 minimum, First Aid at work, Safeguarding, demonstrable experience in working successfully within the equine industry on busy professional yards, GCSE Maths & English grade C or above, IT skills, transporting horses.
