Associate Assistant Headteacher L8-12
Due to growing student numbers, we are seeking to appoint a senior leader responsible for Personal Development to join our senior leadership team. You will already have substantial experience of middle leadership with a demonstrable track record of successful raising of outcomes. The Associate Assistant Headteacher will ensure that our students are provided with opportunities to develop their talents, and further develop their confidence, resilience and independence and to develop strength of character. Contributing to the leadership of our PSHE programme, promoting equality for all. A commitment to continuous improvement. Enthusiasm, adaptability. A positive outlook and a willingness to be fully involved in school life.
