We are currently looking for expressions of interest from experienced educational leaders for an exciting new associate scheme with Tes Global.
Tes has a 100-year history within education and, over the last few years, has expanded its operations internationally in the Middle East, Asia, Australia and the US.
The Associate Recruitment Partner will act as an ambassador for Tes and its recruitment products and services within their territory. You will work with school leaders across the region to present our industry leading products and services and be an advocate of the value Tes can bring to Talent Acquisition and Management processes within international schools.
The role offers a great degree of flexibility initially contracted on a 1 day a week basis you will have the opportunity to earn commission on any product or service sold with the support of an experienced and dedicated delivery team based with a Tes office.
The role will work collaboratively with key stakeholders and you will be part of our Managed Recruitment Services division who already work with schools across the globe.
The ideal candidate will:
· Be an experienced education leader who has first-hand experience of recruiting for international schools.
· Have a strong network of leaders within their region and be able to network professionally to promote the value of Tes
· Understand the challenges faced by international school leaders and provide a detailed brief to the delivery team members to ensure they are able to deliver the ideal solution
The role will initially be offered on a fixed term contract basis with a daily pay rate of £200-£300.
Additional expenses and commission to be agreed at interview stages.
