An exciting opportunity has arisen at Hazel Grove High School with the creation of a new position within our pastoral team, Attendance and Family Engagement Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of academy attendance systems, reporting to the Senior Leadership Team on attendance patterns and working with external agencies and families to build a culture of excellent attendance. This is a key role on our wider leadership team and is pivotal to sustaining a culture of high expectations and aspirations.
You will have the opportunity to help shape policy and provision within the school to improve attendance.
