We are seeking to appoint an exceptional individual to start as soon as possible as Attendance and Family Liaison Officer to work in our academy to support in the delivery of outstanding education by working with pupils and families to resolve issues of poor attendance. You will play a key role in developing and providing positive links between home and school to promote good attendance.
DSLV E-ACT Academy’s mission is to provide consistently outstanding teaching and learning which engages and challenges all students, meeting their needs and ensuring that they reach their full potential and go on to be successful young adults, not only academically, but socially and emotionally too. Our ideal candidate
The ideal applicant will have previous experience of attendance in schools and be:
· Passionate about working in partnership with all stakeholders
· Highly developed interpersonal skills with adults and children
· Experienced in working with a range of external partners to achieve organisational aims
· Self-motivated, dynamic, and with a keen eye for detail
