This is an exciting opportunity to join our Pastoral Team in the dual role of Attendance and Welfare Assistant. Responsibilities will include recording, monitoring and reporting on attendance and providing first aid and administrative support to the School Nurse. The successful applicant will be highly organised and committed to improving the life chances of children through regular attendance at school. The post requires excellent data analysis and communication skills with an ability to relate well to parents, professionals and pupils. The applicant will have a caring and supportive nature with resilience, energy and enthusiasm. Experience of working with young people is essential.
