Kingston College, who are part of the South Thames College Group, are now looking to appoint an Attendance Monitoring Administrator who will be responsible for providing a professional, customer focused point of contact for all students and School staff regarding the College’s attendance policy and procedure.


Monitoring student attendance and responding accordingly in line with Kingston College regulations, you will manage the attendance monitoring process, including setting up and maintaining relevant databases, and record the reasons for absence on Pro-Monitor. You will contact the Tutors of students with poor attendance and produce timely reports for the School Management Team in the setting up of groupings within EBS Windows.

You’ll have an excellent track record of delivering the highest standard of customer service and be competent in the use of databases. With good general IT skills, including familiarity with internal MIS systems, you will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to work well under pressure and to agreed deadlines. Qualifications relevant to a career in administration and/or customer service are desirable, however this is not essential.


This is a permanent part time, term time only position.
