22.5 hours a week (3 days per week, with 30 minute unpaid breaks during the day) Working hours to be determined.

Our objective is to increase students’ access to learning and maximise the educational opportunities of ALL the young people at Kingsbury School.

We are looking for an exceptional individual to join our School in the role of Attendance Officer.  Working with students, families and staff to overcome barriers, you will help to ensure that all students are able to attend school and achieve their full potential.  Early support and high quality, positive relationships with students and families is paramount to the success of this objective, and you would play a fundamental role in realising this and helping us achieve our attendance targets.  

u will ideally have previous experience in a similar role and will have accomplished the skills to instigate successful strategies and rewards to ensure good attendance at our School.  You will have knowledge and experience of multi-agency working and relevant statutory processes and regulations, and have an established, positive record of dealing with challenging young people.  If you are a determined, motivated and innovative team player, committed to the schools’ ethos and aspirations, you can look forward to the chance to help shape the model of delivery for the school whilst working within a hardworking and supportive team focussed on making a real difference to young people.
