As a new all-through school, Goresbrook School is attempting to do the seemingly impossible; ensure all young people, regardless of background, have the real option to succeed at a top university. Goresbrook School is an exciting new school that opened in 2016. We are looking for a dedicated, resilient and pro-active Behaviour and Inclusion officer to join our growing Pastoral Team. The successful candidate will have high expectations of young people and be unwavering in providing students with the very best educational experiences. They will be committed to transforming the lives of all students and know that working to remove barriers to learning for young people is critical to their future success. The role will involve working closely with Heads of Year to ensure the highest standards of pastoral care. The ideal candidate will be pro-active, present, patient, calm and understanding. The role brings great variety and no two days will be the same. The role is well suited to someone who is highly flexible, positive and is looking for a new challenge.

The vacancy represents an exciting opportunity to join an ambitious organisation that works within the nationally renowned United Learning Trust. We would welcome applications from candidates who are eager to play an important role in the future of our school.

About Goresbrook School
