The Hewett Academy is seeking a reliable and responsible behaviour assistant to maintain our high standards of student behaviour. 

The role involves working with small groups of students and assisting students in lessons, as well as supervising those who need one-to-one support in our learning support unit.

The ideal candidate will be able to establish good relationships with students, acting as a role model and being aware of and responding accordingly to their individual needs. You will have excellent organisational skills and confidence in communicating with a range of different stakeholders.
