Behaviour, Attendance and Inclusion Partnership Chair

Keys Co-operative Academy Trust are seeking to appoint a Behaviour, Attendance & Inclusion Partnership Chair to work alongside the Secondary schools in North East Essex on behalf of the Head Teachers on all aspects of behaviour management, attendance and inclusion (including admissions).  This is a fixed term contract for one year which will be specifically funded for a limited period by all the secondary schools in North East Essex.  One day per week Term Time only (39 weeks).  Within the range per annum of £58,135 - £67,364 'pro rata' - this will be decided at interview based on skills and experience of the successful candidate.

The successful candidate will be fundamental in ensuring the BAIP's vision and targets remain at the forefront of all meetings and decision making regarding young people.  Successful experience working at leadership level offering strategic support in schools or wider educational setting is essential.
