Behaviour Lead (Inclusion Team)

The Bulmershe School has a vacancy for Behaviour Lead for the Inclusion Team. Your main role will be to supervise students in need of social, emotional and behavioural support. The role of the Inclusion Team department is to meet the educational needs of children and young people within the local community and to support all students in being ready and prepared for adult life.
Applicants should have the equivalent of GCSE level 5 (grade C) in English and Maths. You will be working closely with Heads of Year and teachers in order to support them with day to day duties, including the checking of students in lesson. You will play an active role in school life throughout the day including social times as requested by the Inclusion Manager or the Leadership team.
