37hrs per week – 44 weeks per annum 

(38 weeks + 5 Inset Days + 5 additional weeks)

Grade 12 Actual Salary: £21,230 per annum

We are looking to appoint a member of staff to our Pastoral Team. You will support the Behaviour Modification Centre Lead by supervising and supporting students who have been temporarily removed from lessons. You will provide immediate support with behaviour incidents that take place and work with students to support a smooth reintegration back into the learning environment.
