Working pattern: 32.5 hours per week Term Time Only (38 weeks per year + 3 training days)
Grade and Scale Points: C3 19 - 22
Annual Salary: £19,036.88- £20,202.35
Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract until 31st August 2022

Leodis Academies Trust is a successful Multi Academy Trust with five schools in the South Leeds area. As part of our continued growth we have an immediate opportunity for an enthusiastic Behaviour Support Worker to join the team at Blackgates Primary Academy.

Who are we looking for?
The successful candidate will be a skilled behavioural support professional. You will have experience in inspiring pupils to develop a love of learning and managing their behaviour to allow them to be successful. You will have demonstrated your integrity and potential as a Behaviour Support Worker through your strong commitment to improving the behaviour and outcomes for children. You will also be willing to learn, and continue to improve the skills you have gained working in a behavioural capacity with children.
The post offers challenge, reward and role development for the right candidate. The role will be based at Blackgates Primary with opportunities to work with other professionals across the Trust.
All posts are subject to pre-employment checks, two references will be sought and successful candidates will need to undertake an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check (DBS), medical clearance and provide evidence of eligibility to work in the UK and evidence of qualifications.
