Vision for Education are working closely with a Specialist SEMH setting who are looking for new Behaviour Support Workers located in Wakefield.

This Behaviour Support Worker position is on a full time long term basis and will be working across Key Stages 3 and 4 with the opportunity to go permanent in the future.

This particular setting is a small, mixed SEMH setting that caters for vulnerable young learners with SEMH and may present challenging behaviours. Some students can be extremely challenging therefore it may be essential for you to be Team Teach trained, which Vision can offer. 

The ideal Behaviour Support Worker will have experience working with similar needs and will need to have a very resilient attitude. This setting caters for students over Key stages 3 and 4 who may also present additional needs including ADHD / ASD and attachment disorders.
