The Redhill Academy Trust Pay Scale Band 7, SP 31-35

£18,472 to £20,390, full time equivalent

Actual salary £15,559 to £17,174

32.5 hours per week, Term Time Only

Required to start as soon as possible, we require an experienced behaviour teaching assistant to provide behavioural, individual and classroom support to promote individual students’ progress. Your knowledge of the Special Needs Code of Practice will help you to understand and empathise with students who experience difficulty with school life for a number of reasons. With a passion for making a difference, perseverance and a sense of humour, you will be an asset to the Alternative Provision team.

The Oakwood Academy is working in partnership with The Redhill Academy Trust. The Academy is also a member of Redhill Teaching School Alliance and as such there are excellent CPD opportunities and the chance to work alongside other high performing schools in the region. Oakwood became an academy, sponsored by The Redhill Academy Trust, on April 1st 2015.
