About the role
We are looking to expand our highly successful BIT Apprenticeship programmes across the UK and are seeking an experienced and inspirational full-time Tutor/Assessor to support delivery across the UK, but initially with clients based in the Corby/Northamptonshire area.
Business Improvement Techniques (BIT) Tutor/Assessors are expected to facilitate the effective and efficient learning and assessment of Improving Operational Performance Business Improvement Techniques. This is required for levels 2 and 3 as stand-alone qualifications as well as part of Apprenticeship frameworks.
Working Hours, Conditions & Specific Requirements
· 40 Hours, Monday to Friday
· Flexible to cover learners’ shift patterns
· Extensive Travel
You will have knowledge and experience of working in in Warehousing & Performing Manufacturing Operations and be highly skilled in delivering Lean Manufacturing and Business Improvement Techniques.
You should have a demonstrable track record of delivering tangible benefits and business improvements for individuals and companies and be committed to nurturing the talent and skills of people from diverse backgrounds and starting points.
You will be required facilitate the effective and efficient learning and assessment of apprenticeships and bespoke commercial courses from Levels 2 to 4, and support the recruitment, induction and enrolment of new leaners, as well as encouraging repeat business with existing clients.
You must hold an Assessor Award (D32, D33, A1) and a relevant teaching qualification at Level 3 or above, and have an innate ability to empower and support individual growth and progression.
