The School wishes to appoint a Housemistress/Master to run a Girls’ Boarding and Day House (years 9-13) of around 65 girls and to teach a Senior School timetable.
Aldenham is an HMC co-educational boarding and day school (640 pupils aged 11-18) situated in a magnificent rural setting only 13 miles from Central London.

Aldenham School is an independent, mixed day and boarding school for pupils aged 3 to 18. The school was established in 1597 and still sits on the same site.
The governing body of the school includes representatives from local bodies including the Brewer’s Company and the Diocese of St Albans. It is operated by the Aldenham School Charity, and has 800 pupils.

“The overall achievement of pupils throughout the school is excellent. Pupils develop well in knowledge, skills and understanding across all subject areas and some achieve excellent standards, particularly in the EYFS, the prep school and the sixth form.”
