Brymore is a State Boarding School for boys aged 11 – 17 set in its own 60 acre site with a working farm, gardens, workshops and sports facilities. The school is currently expanding and this is an exciting time in Brymore’s development.

Full time, 37 hours per week to include evenings and weekends 

35 weeks per year, to include term time plus INSET days 

BTCT points 10-12, commencing at point 10, actual salary £22,452 pa

2 bedroom first floor flat is provided (all bills included and meals during term time)

We are looking for a Pastoral Manager to maintain the functional strategies for the indictable students and within the boarding houses in all areas of pastoral care and support.  

This role will include developing and implementing long term plans within the boarding environment that guide staff to support students to overcome their barriers to learning and social development, maximising the opportunities provided for all students to develop socially and academically.
