The Role:

We are recruiting Bookbinding Tutors to deliver our new programme of courses for 2018-2019. The ideal candidates will be dynamic, knowledgeable and supportive tutors with experience of teaching adults of mixed abilities in an education setting. 

Selection Criteria:

  • Have a qualification relevant to the subject being taught.
  • Have experience of teaching adults of mixed levels in book arts, bookbinding, textiles, stitch or mixed media. Experience of teaching by practical demonstration and one-to-one support in a classroom setting.
  • Can support students to overcome barriers to learning.
  • Work effectively as part of a team.
  • Have up to date knowledge and enthusiasm and interest for the subject and be a professional practitioner of the subject.
